Aakash was initially charged with his direct involvement in firebombing incident at a synagogue in Bergen county, New Jersey, insinuating that he was there at the synagogue and was some how participated in the acts.
Aakash was in New Hampshire between Jan. 02 – Jan11, 2012, working for Ron Paul’s Presidential campaign, and his flight landed at Newark airport around 12:40 PM

Aakash had planned to attack a school and had a map of that school.
Map was found from the Garbage and upon further investigation, it was discovered that it belonged to a construction company, nothing to do with Aakash.
Alleged that Aakash is Muslim
– Aakash comes from a very educated and traditional Hindu family.
Aakash hit the Jewish student while playing tennis when he was in High school.
There was no Jewish student in Lodi High School during Aakash’s years there.
Aakash wanted to kill the Prosecutor and Judges
This was based on what a blood gang member allegedly told authorities.
Aakash travelled to Ukraine and Korea to get terrorists training
Aakash has never travelled to Ukraine, Russia or Korea. His only travel overseas was in 2000 when he travelled to India, when he was 9 years old. Judicial system members through DHS records could have easily verified this information.
Some other unusual Facts:
During Grand jury sessions, actual tape recording of Stuwart Wendell’s statements was not played, which is unusual. Only a printed version of that tape was read to the Jury.
Chief Prosecutor John Molinelli was present for two days in Grand Jury which is highly unusual if not borderline questionable by law.

There were never any weapons or guns or instructions, to make molotov cocktail or material, ever found in Aakash’s possession. He never provided money for buying any such things to anyone.
